High fat diet vs High carbohydrate diet

Which is safer?
Surprise. Suprise! 
High fat diet is safer...
People who consume more saturated fats like butter, cream , meat, etc are more healthy than people who gorge on carbohydrates like refined sugars, bread, toffee, cereals, rice, etc.
This is because saturated fat is quickly converted into energy by our body while carbohydrates tend to be stored thereby increasing the risk of Diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
